Ce:YAG Synthetischer Edelstein \u2013 UV aktiv \u2013 8mm Durchmesser \u2013
\nCe : YAG \u2013 Yttrium Aluminium Granat mit 1% Ce3+ , Y3Al5O12:Ce
\nYAG (gemmologisch korrekt: Granatoid) ist ein beliebter Edelstein aufgrund seiner Mohsh\u00e4rte von 8 bis 8,5 und seiner hohen Dispersion und seines Brechungsindexes (zusammen ergeben sie das sogenannte Feuer). Farblos und unter den Handelsnamen Zirkon-Imitat (auch Diamonair oder Cirolit) diente er als Diamantersatz, bis er durch die besser geeignete Zirkonia abgel\u00f6st wurde. Hier die gelbe Variante, die sich durch ihre starke gelbe Lumineszenz im UV-Licht auszeichnet.
\nDiese Edelsteine werden in der EU von einem bekannten Hersteller von Laserlaserkristallen produziert.<\/p>\n
